INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
The organization was implemented to assist and empower the community, to alleviate poverty by introducing education which will change lives. On our quest, we aim to form collaboration with private corporations and government agencies and allow for more support in carrying out more uplifting initiatives. The organization plans to administer the above mentioned responsibilities through social programs which are aimed at not only designed to provide sustenance for the organization but to further broaden social, cultural and environmental goals.
NPO’s depend on many factors related to social impact that traditional corporates businesses do not prioritize on, NPO’s recognize immediate social problems but also seeks to understand the broader contexts of an issue that crosses disciplines, fields and theories which ultimately allow NPO’s to develop innovative solutions and mobilize available resources to affect the greater national and global society.
We hope to empower the society with skills management, business support and information through advertising and facilitation with an attempt to install leadership, awareness, knowledge and skills, and understanding of poverty alleviated factors which affect us today.

Palesa Thahla is an exceptional Entrepreneur with more than 10 years’ experience in the field, and has been a Madressah teacher for the past 3 years as part of her social responsibility.
Lebogang Ramatheko
Treasurer
Lebogang Ramatheko is a senior nurse with more than 12 years’ experience at a reputable hospital in Johannesburg. She’s also a social entrepreneur with more than 8 years’ experience, and Madressah teacher.
Lerato Thahla
Secretory General
Lerato Thahla is a Bible school graduate and a missionary working towards uplift communities. She is a prison counsellor, working with like-minded individuals to offer spiritual guidance.
Teboho Ramatheko
Administrator
Teboho Ramatheko is a self-motivated and versatile individual with more than 10 years’ experience in various fields such as but not limited to Office administration, Customer Services, Technical Support, Sales and Marketing, Web and Graphics Design.
FOUNDATION STRUCTURE AND LOCATION
Baitul Nasir Foundation is registered under South African Law as a NPO and conducts itself as a socially responsible foundation. The organization is black owned and it has partners who equally play a significant role towards the success of the organization.
The organization is currently located at Naledi, Soweto, Johannesburg and it is a private property which is divided into various sections, i.e. the Administration block and other sections. The premises does not have enough room for setup and space for parking. The location is not appropriate for the business and it provides an unsteady instability to further run the operations of the organization.
